CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. It is a non-commercial scheme available to suppliers and organizations looking for suitable competent suppliers.
Constructionline holds the UK’s largest register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants. Their service is recommended by the OGC Common Minimum Standards and the Local Government Task Force, and is a public-private partnership between Capita and the Department for Business Innovation and Skills.
SMAS (Safety Management Advisory Services)
SMAS Worksafe Schemes offer a fast, efficient and effective way of demonstrating Health and Safety competence, in turn gaining a nationally recognised Health and Safety certificate from the SSIP Member Scheme.
SSIP (Safety Schemes In Procurement)
The SSIP forum acts as an umbrella organisation to facilitate mutual recognition between health and safety pre-qualification schemes wherever it is practicable to do so, and has been highlighted as a key route to health and safety pre-qualification in the 2013 edition of the Government-backed construction pre-qualification document PAS 91.
IIP (Investors In People)
Formed in 1991, Investors in People was established by the UK Government to help organisations get the best from their people. Today their standards are at the cutting edge of people management excellence, and their prestigious accreditation is recognised across the world as a mark of excellence.
Supply Chain Sustainability School
Launched in 2012, the School is a multi-award winning initiative which represents a common approach to addressing sustainability within supply chains. With more than 8,000 members, the School provides practical support in the form of e-learning modules, tailored self-assessment and action plans, sustainability training and networking opportunities. Interior Solutions currently hold the Silver Grade for this association.
Fair Payment Campaign
The NSCC Fair Payment Campaign is designed to improve payment practices in the construction industry. With backing at the highest level, the award-winning campaign is calling for proper and timely payment and the elimination of retentions throughout the supply chain to improve the quality and delivery of construction projects.
CITB (Construction Industry Training Board)
CITB are a Government regulated Industry Training Board and a partner in the Sector Skills Council for the construction industry, working with industry, for industry to deliver a safe, professional and fully qualified UK construction workforce.
A Government regulation authority established in 1996, to create better places for people and wildlife, and support sustainable development throughout all industry. Interior Solutions have a certified waste carriers licence issued by the Environment Agency.
